We offer free shipping worldwide on KIIRUS orders.

Returns & Exchanges

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items.

Returned items must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if the labels and original packaging are fully intact.

Important information
  • You are responsible for shipping returned items back to SKIWAX Store.
  • Items lost during transportation will not be compensated for.
  • Shipping costs for returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.
  • Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, using your original method of payment.

Please note that additional duties and/or taxes and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Faulty items

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.

How to return an item

Request shipping instructions by sending an email to info@kiirus-glasses.com . Please include your order number in the email.

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration and other original materials.

Send your parcel according to the shipping instructions via post office.

Once we have received your package, we will process your refund. No additional taxes or duties will be refunded.
